Refund Policy If you are having a problem with a non-sale product, please contact support at We will try to replace any damaged or non-functional products. If that fails, we will refund you the full amount of the products.

Digital Downloads are not refundable once download has been completed.

If you need to return product, you must do so within 15 days. To return an item for exchange or refund, merchandise must still be shrink wrapped and in original, "as new" condition. If the item was found to be defective, please indicate the problem with the returned merchandise and we will replace it with the same item purchased at no cost to you.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by, Inc. This is to insure expedited service and prompt credit to your account, and to avoid any misunderstandings. Please contact us at before returning ANY items. Items returned to us without an RMA number will not be credited to your account, as we have no way of tracking your payment information after the transaction is completed.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED ARE FINAL. We will not accept returns on sale items.

Please note: we do not issue refunds on actual shipping charges. Any items returned to us simply because you changed your mind, will be credited to your account, less the shipping cost. In the event of defective product exchange, there will be no additional shipping charge to you.
